Since Cinderwood uses outside catering, there are two main costs to consider when budgeting for your event with us. The Rental Fee and the Beverage Package. Both are outlined below so you know exactly what you can expect and then we can build the details for you.

Open Bars start at $32/person for 4-hours of service with our house liquors and wines
Beverage packages can be customized to your event, ranging from self-serve tea/lemonade to an all-out, full-scale premium-brand open bar with custom, batched cocktails prepared by our team of world-class bartenders.
When planning your event, we'll walk you through the details, but you can use these prices to get a baseline as you prepare your budget.
Every event with service behind the bar starts with a one-time, flat-rate $500 bar setup fee.

Grand Wedding
Celebration

A full-day Saturday wedding in the fall. Ceremony and reception with a 5-hour premium open bar for 201 guests and a custom brand selection for liquors.
Trivia Night Fundraiser
$4,800
A no-frills, fun evening of trivia to raise funds for a local not-for-profit. Local partners donated the alcohol for the 165 guests. Hired additional staff to operate the AV system and utilized in-house linens.

Weeknight Soiree

A post-convention center customer appreciation cocktail hour. Half-day rental, using our linens, hiring additional staff for greeting, and providing their 177 guests with three beer/wine drink tickets with a self-pay bar option for cocktails from 5pm to 9pm.
Flexible Date Wedding

A simple, yet elegant wedding ceremony and reception for 125 guests on a Friday night. Champagne toast and a consumption bar for beer and wine only.
Mini-Conference

A trade organization hosted a weekday, daytime conference for 72 members. Self-serve drink stations were set up throughout, and the day ended with a consumption-based, beer and wine happy hour.
4-Day Leadership Seminar
