While our minds are often filled with visions of the incredible events that have graced—and will continue to grace—Cinderwood, even we must pause to tackle the finer details. This section is your guide to the essentials included in every Cinderwood rental, the nuts and bolts that make each gathering here seamless. Round Tables
We have twenty-five 60" round tables. They easily fit 8 people and are spacious with 6 people for fancier place settings. At 8-tops, we can seat 200 people, but our partners can provide more tables for larger gatherings.
Chairs
When it's time to rest those feet and have a seat, our white, padded, resin chairs help take the load off. 250 chairs are included. If you're looking for something extra elegant, we have partners for that, too!
Banquet Tables
Our 6' banquet tables are perfect for caterers, vendors, registration, and the like. We have 10 of them to handle most setups. When setting up for larger trade shows, our partners can provide as many tables as you need.
Stage
Audio/Visual
We wanted to create a space that is plug-and-play for organizations with simple needs. Our rentals include some basic A/V equipment to make it easy for your teams to hear and see what you need to convey.
If your event is a little more complex*, our PARTNERS can help turn it up to 11 and wow your guests.
*We recommend talking to an AV partner if...
1) You will have more than 150 guests. OR
2) Your guests are paying to be there. OR
3) Your event is 'externally' focused and you're really wanting to impress.
Speakers
We have a few different options for speakers, from our house system to our portable systems. These speakers won't get the bass-thumping sound for a dance party, but they get the job done for presentations.
Televisions
We have two 75" televisions at your disposal to make sure everyone can see what they need to see. Bonus, screens don't fight with all of natural light the same way projectors do.
Microphones
We have up to 3 wireless handheld microphones for your event, as well as options for livelier and over the ear microphones for when you need to be hands-free.
